I consult with clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, to homeowners looking to sell and buy simultaneously. With over 20+ years of real estate experience and an average of more than 10M sales volume annually, I can confidently deliver a smooth closing in any transaction.

With my active involvement in my local, state and national Real Estate Association, I am able to keep my clients up to date with developments in the market as well as laws or policies that may affect homeownership. I am the Immediate-Past President of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors, sit on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Realtors and am an active Member of Conventional Financing and Policy Committee at the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of my real estate volunteer commitments, I am also a passionate advocate for youth development and education. I strongly believe in the power of mentorship and strive to inspire others to become active participants in the community. My commitment to the Girl Scouts as a Troop Leader for the last 5 years and a member of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) of my daughter’s school has truly been fulfilling. I hope to continue to make a significant difference in the lives of young individuals and contribute to the betterment of the community as a whole.
