Virgil Tolentino’s real estate experience spans the last 20 years. In 2005, Virgil bought his first rental property, and closed his first real estate transaction as a real estate agent. This ignited his passion for real estate, and from there, he decided to make real estate a lifelong journey. Virgil has since performed real estate investment in 5 different states, and continues real estate investing today. He believes that real estate investing is a path to financial freedom and generational wealth.

Virgil’s top priority is to find a solution for his clients. In order to help his clients meet their goals, Virgil maintains a pulse on local real estate market trends, while keeping his eye on the broader macroeconomic horizon.

Virgil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a registered Professional Engineer with the State of California. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially when they travel internationally together.
